Angie is a mother of 2 adventurous, kind-hearted girls and a lover of all things outdoors. Her teaching style is a reflection of her passion for nature and everything it has to offer. With open minds and hearts, along with their willingness to experience life to the fullest, Angie is inspired each day by the kids she teaches. She loves sharing the art of yoga with children through storytelling and creative expression.
Her objective is to create an environment where children learn yoga and mindfulness techniques that will help them gain a sense of self respect and respect for others while inspiring overall achievement and fostering creative thinking. She strives to create an atmosphere where children have the opportunity to express themselves without competition or judgement.
In Angie’s classes for adults she strives to propagate a deep sense of self awareness where students nurture their bodies in an informed way. She has a thirst for knowledge when it comes to human anatomy and movement and loves to share this with her students. Angie is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher, has trained in prenatal yoga and holds certifications in Yoga Tune Up® Level 1, YTU Integrated Embodied Anatomy, and The Roll Model® Method – Therapy Ball Basic Training.
